Welcome to ScopeBill.
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your purchase, download, installation and use of the ScopeBill WordPress plugin (“ScopeBill”, “Software”, “Product”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
ScopeBill is a product by Get Up Solutions Sdn. Bhd.
By purchasing, downloading, installing, activating or using ScopeBill, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Software.
1. About ScopeBill

Features may include, but are not limited to:
- Creating and managing quotations;
- Allowing customers to approve or reject quotations;
- Converting quotations into invoices;
- Recording payments manually;
- Tracking outstanding balances;
- Generating PDF documents;
- Managing reusable items;
- Managing quotation and invoice revisions;
- Sending email notifications and reminders; and
- Customising business information, branding and document numbering.
Features may be added, modified or removed as ScopeBill evolves.
2. Software Licence
Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, each ScopeBill licence is valid for one (1) WordPress installation.
Your licence is granted to you for your own business or organisational use and remains subject to these Terms.
You may not:
- Resell, redistribute or sublicense ScopeBill as a standalone product;
- Share your licence key with unauthorised third parties;
- Use one licence key across multiple websites where additional licences are required;
- Circumvent, disable or interfere with ScopeBill’s licensing or activation mechanisms; or
- Represent ScopeBill as software developed or owned by you.
A separate licence may be required for each additional production WordPress installation.
3. Self-Hosted Software
ScopeBill is a self-hosted WordPress plugin.
The Software runs primarily within your own WordPress environment. You are responsible for maintaining the website, hosting environment, WordPress installation, database and other infrastructure where ScopeBill is installed.
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining suitable WordPress hosting;
- Keeping WordPress and relevant software reasonably up to date;
- Maintaining appropriate website and database backups;
- Securing your WordPress administrator account;
- Managing user access and permissions;
- Maintaining email deliverability;
- Protecting your website against malware, unauthorised access and other security threats; and
- Ensuring your use of ScopeBill complies with applicable laws and regulations.
ScopeBill is not responsible for failures caused by your hosting provider, WordPress configuration, third-party plugins, themes, server configuration or other systems outside our reasonable control.
4. Customer and Business Data
You retain ownership and responsibility for the business and customer information entered into your ScopeBill installation.
This may include information such as:
- Customer names;
- Company names;
- Email addresses;
- Phone numbers;
- Addresses;
- Quotation information;
- Invoice information;
- Payment records;
- Product or service descriptions; and
- Other business records.
Because ScopeBill operates within your WordPress installation, you are responsible for ensuring that your collection, storage and processing of such information complies with applicable privacy and data protection laws.
5. Quotations, Invoices and Financial Records
ScopeBill provides tools to assist you with preparing and managing business documents.
You remain responsible for verifying the accuracy of all information generated through ScopeBill, including:
- Prices;
- Quantities;
- Discounts;
- Taxes;
- Totals;
- Payment information;
- Customer details;
- Quotation terms; and
- Invoice details.
ScopeBill does not provide accounting, tax, financial or legal advice.
You should verify that documents generated using ScopeBill comply with the accounting, tax, invoicing and regulatory requirements applicable to your business.
6. Payment Records
ScopeBill may allow administrators to manually record payments received from customers.
Unless explicitly provided as a separate feature, ScopeBill does not itself process banking or payment transactions.
A payment marked as paid or recorded within ScopeBill represents information entered into the system and does not independently verify that funds have been received by your bank or payment provider.
You are responsible for verifying all payments against your actual financial records.
7. Customer Approval of Quotations
ScopeBill may provide functionality that allows a recipient to approve or reject a quotation electronically.
You are responsible for determining whether such approval is sufficient for your business, contractual or legal requirements.
Where additional signatures, contracts, identity verification or other formalities are required, you are responsible for obtaining them separately.
8. Pricing and Payment
Prices displayed on the ScopeBill website are shown in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) unless otherwise stated.
The applicable price is the price displayed at the time your order is placed.
We may change our prices, promotions or licensing structure from time to time. Such changes will not retrospectively alter a completed purchase unless otherwise required by law.
9. Founding 100 Offer
Where the Founding 100 promotion is available, the promotional price applies only to the first 100 eligible purchases under the campaign.
The Founding 100 price is a promotional one-time purchase price and does not necessarily represent the standard retail price of ScopeBill.
Once all available Founding 100 licences have been claimed, ScopeBill may be offered at its standard price or under another pricing structure.
We reserve the right to prevent abuse, duplicate promotional claims, fraudulent transactions or attempts to circumvent the limits of the promotion.
10. Refunds
Due to the digital nature of ScopeBill, purchases may generally be considered final once the Software or licence has been delivered or activated, subject to applicable Malaysian consumer laws.
However, if you experience a technical problem that prevents ScopeBill from functioning substantially as described, please contact us so that we can attempt to resolve the issue.
Any refund request will be assessed based on the circumstances of the purchase, the nature of the issue and applicable consumer protection requirements.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
11. Updates
We may release updates to ScopeBill from time to time for purposes including:
- Bug fixes;
- Security improvements;
- Compatibility improvements;
- Performance improvements;
- User experience improvements; and
- New or revised features.
The availability and duration of future updates may depend on the licence or package purchased.
We do not guarantee that every requested feature will be implemented.
12. Support
Support is provided according to the support terms applicable to your ScopeBill licence or purchase.
Support may include assistance with ScopeBill installation, activation, configuration and product-related issues.
Unless explicitly included, support does not cover:
- General WordPress development;
- Server administration;

- Third-party plugin development;

14. Intellectual Property
ScopeBill, including its software, branding, interface, documentation, website content, designs and associated materials, is owned by or licensed to Get Up Solutions Sdn. Bhd., except where otherwise stated.
Purchasing ScopeBill grants you a licence to use the Software. It does not transfer ownership of ScopeBill or its intellectual property to you.
“ScopeBill” and associated branding may not be used in a way that falsely implies endorsement, partnership or ownership.
15. Acceptable Use
You must not use ScopeBill:
- For unlawful or fraudulent activities;
- To intentionally distribute malware or malicious content;
- To infringe the rights of another person or organisation;
- To interfere with or compromise ScopeBill’s licensing infrastructure;

16. Third-Party Services
ScopeBill may interact with WordPress, hosting providers, email services, PDF libraries or other third-party software and services.
Those services operate under their own terms and privacy policies.
We are not responsible for interruptions, changes, limitations or failures caused by third-party services outside our reasonable control.
17. Availability and Software Changes
We continuously develop and improve ScopeBill.
We may modify, replace or discontinue individual features where reasonably necessary for technical, security, regulatory or product development reasons.
Where practical, we will seek to avoid changes that unnecessarily disrupt existing users.
18. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Get Up Solutions Sdn. Bhd. will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use or inability to use ScopeBill, including loss of profits, business opportunities or data.
You are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups of your WordPress website and business data.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law.

- Licence abuse;
